Katie comes from a long line of Girl Scouts beginning with her Great-grandmother
Lucile Elizabeth Cutting who became a girl scout around 1920. Katie's Great-Grandmother, Grandmother, Mother, and two
Sisters have preceeded her in scouting.
Katie belongs to troop 1144 in the Shaler Area outside of
Pittsburgh. She is part of Trillium Council which covers 9 counties in south-western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland.
Katie participates in every way that she can. She goes camping,
hiking in the woods, attends meetings, crafting, parties and of course sells the best cookies ever baked.
